CreatorBase AI gives you tools to research, script, and generate content. What you create with those tools, and what you post publicly, is your responsibility — not a suggestion from us that it’s automatically safe to publish everywhere, in every context. Use ordinary judgment, the same way you would with any other creative tool.
CreatorBase is designed to help a person research, plan, write, edit and produce original work. It is not designed to run unattended content farms or flood platforms with near-duplicate videos. Before publishing, add your own reporting, examples, judgment, narration, editing or point of view. Review every factual claim and make sure the finished work gives viewers real value.
Public titles, thumbnails and performance signals can help you understand a topic or format. They do not give you permission to reproduce another creator’s script, thumbnail, footage, voice, likeness or distinctive creative expression. CreatorBase script tools are intended to create a different angle and original structure. You are responsible for obtaining any permission your project needs.
When a platform requires disclosure of meaningfully altered or synthetic media, use its disclosure control. For realistic AI-generated uploads on YouTube, review the video details and select the altered or synthetic content disclosure when it applies. Do not use generated media to deceive viewers about a real person, event or source.
Impersonation or deepfakes intended to deceive. Generating content that falsely presents as a real, identifiable person without their consent, to mislead viewers.
Fraud or scams. Content designed to defraud, phish, or financially deceive anyone.
Illegal content of any kind under applicable law.
Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of any individual or group.
Adult, explicit, or sexual content of any kind. Nudity, pornography, and sexually explicit material are never allowed on CreatorBase AI, regardless of who is depicted.
Sexual content involving minors. Zero tolerance, reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.
Copyright or trademark infringement. Using generated tools to reproduce or closely imitate someone else’s protected work without rights to do so.
Deceptive political or event-related content. Synthetic media about real elections, candidates, or current events designed to mislead.
Automated content flooding. Bulk-publishing repetitive, templated, misleading, or low-value AI content without meaningful human review and original creative contribution.
Platform manipulation. Fake engagement, incentivized views, deceptive metadata, spam, or any attempt to manipulate recommendations, watch time, or monetization checks.
We can remove content, suspend, or terminate any account that violates this policy, at our discretion and without a refund of the current billing period, on top of any rights we have under our Terms of Service. Where the law requires it, we report illegal content (particularly anything involving minors) to the relevant authorities.
Every image and video prompt is also checked for sexual, nude, or otherwise explicit/adult content before anything is generated. This is a flat block, not a filter on results. A prompt asking for adult content is refused outright and never reaches a paid generation step.
Our image and video generation checks every prompt before generating anything, and refuses to depict a specific real, identifiable person — a celebrity, public figure, or named private individual.
