Your work.
Ready for the world.
A practical guide to reviewing AI videos and promoting CreatorBase honestly. Keep creative control, respect other people’s work, and check the rules where you publish.
01 · Make an original video
Use research as a starting point for your own story, explanation or visual idea. Add meaningful writing, editing or commentary. Avoid publishing near-identical template videos at scale or copying another creator’s footage or script.
YouTube’s monetization rules consider original, authentic value. Generated footage alone is not a monetization decision, and having permission to reuse something does not automatically make a channel eligible.
YouTube monetization policy02 · Disclose realistic AI content
YouTube requires disclosure when generated or altered content seems realistic—for example, a realistic event that did not happen, changes to a real place or event, or a person appearing to do something they did not do. Its guidance also covers generated music that is the main focus.
Use the applicable AI disclosure control during upload and review the current guidance for your video. A label does not clear harmful content or missing rights.
YouTube AI disclosure guidance03 · Check rights and consent
Check the permissions for your starting images, footage, music, voices, logos and people. Publicly visible work is not automatically free to reuse. A generated result may resemble existing work, contain inaccurate branding or imply an endorsement that does not exist.
Commercial use depends on the applicable terms and rights in your project. Generation does not automatically grant exclusive copyright or clear someone else’s rights.
Copyright & commercial use guide04 · Be accurate with your audience
Review facts, on-screen text and audio. Make titles and thumbnails match the video. Never present generated events as genuine footage or a fictional product scene as a real customer testimonial. Do not sell fake engagement or promise guaranteed income.
YouTube’s rules also apply to promotions and links. Linking to a website does not place a video outside those rules. Avoid spam, deceptive offers and links to prohibited content.
Promoting CreatorBase?
Show a real demonstration. State the model, clip duration, resolution, package minimum and any offer conditions alongside the price. A one-time video pack is different from an optional renewing All Access membership. Free accounts get at most one starter video when the offer is open; do not describe paid packs or all models as free. Clearly disclose any paid promotion or affiliate relationship when required.
Use current prices from Pricing. Do not claim a former price, a guaranteed saving, verified output quality, independent model certification or platform endorsement without evidence. Show what you actually created and explain that results vary.
Before you publish
- I have watched the complete video and checked the sound, text and factual claims.
- I have the rights and consent needed for the uploads, music, voices, brands and final use.
- My title, thumbnail and description accurately represent the finished video.
- I have used the AI disclosure required by the platform and checked its current content rules.
- I have added my own creative contribution and am not promising guaranteed views or earnings.
