By accessing or using CreatorBase AI (the “Service”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Features that display data from YouTube also use YouTube API Services. By using those features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and CreatorBase AI.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By signing up, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, that you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, and that your use of the Service will not violate any law or regulation in your jurisdiction. The Service is not directed to children under 16, and you may not create an account for anyone under 16.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account email and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. One account per person. Sharing accounts or passwords is prohibited and may result in termination.
CreatorBase AI is offered under three billing options. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment merchant of record for new purchases, Polar, to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method.
The free tier is limited to one account per person and one email address (normalized — plus-addressing and Gmail dot variants count as the same email). Abuse of the free tier, including creating multiple accounts to bypass limits, will result in termination without refund.
AI features (agent runs, chat, video and image generation) are subject to a reasonable daily fair-use limit to keep the Service stable and available for everyone. Limits are set at a generous level for normal use and may be adjusted at our discretion to prevent abuse.
Generation uses credits. Monthly and Annual plans include 300,000 credits per calendar month; Lifetime includes a one-time pool of 2,000,000 credits. The cost depends on the model, duration and generation settings and is shown in the relevant tool. Monthly allowances reset; new purchased carry-over credits remain available until spent or refunded. A top-up is a separate one-time purchase and does not change your subscription. Voiceover and research have separate usage limits. Free video trials depend on shared capacity and are not guaranteed to be available at every moment. We do not offer unlimited generation.
These tools are for your own account. Do not share access, bypass usage limits, resell account access or submit material you lack the rights or consent to use.
AI generation features depend on third-party infrastructure. Those providers may change their pricing, terms, model availability or capacity at any time, and may do so without notice to us. We may therefore modify, substitute, limit or discontinue any AI feature or model. We do not guarantee the continuous availability, quality or output of any individual model. Where a specific model becomes unavailable we will make reasonable efforts to substitute a comparable one.
YouTube research uses YouTube API Services. Where available, TikTok and Instagram research uses third-party services that return public profile and post data. Research may use cached results; refresh timing, coverage and availability vary with platform access, provider capacity and quotas. We do not promise continuous real-time scanning of every platform. CreatorBase scores and estimates are research aids, not platform-verified metrics or guarantees of views or earnings.
The Service is intended for manual, interactive use through its own interface, or through an access method we expressly provide (such as our published API or MCP integration, where enabled for your plan). You must not use bots, scripts, headless browsers, browser-automation frameworks, scrapers or other non-manual methods to interact with the Service, nor circumvent, disable or interfere with any security, authentication, rate-limiting or anti-automation measure.
You may hold one active subscription at a time. You must not register, fund or operate multiple accounts under different email addresses, payment methods or identities in order to obtain additional free trials, free allowances or plan benefits. Where several accounts share a payment method, device, browser fingerprint or address, we may treat them as a single user unless you tell us otherwise and we agree in writing.
To enforce these Terms and protect the Service, we may collect and cross-reference technical signals including IP address, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, session identifiers, payment-method fingerprints, and usage patterns such as request frequency. By using the Service you consent to this processing for anti-abuse purposes. This is described further in our Privacy Policy.
Where we reasonably determine that these Terms have been breached, we may limit, suspend or terminate the relevant account and any other account we reasonably attribute to the same person. Your statutory rights, and any refund you are entitled to under section 10 and our Refund Policy, are not affected by this section; beyond those, fees for a period already used are not refunded on termination for breach.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. Refunds are not available after 7 days, on renewal payments, or if you have materially used the Service (as defined in the Refund Policy).
Consumers in the EU, EEA and UK. If you are a consumer in these regions you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, which is longer than the guarantee above and which we do not attempt to limit. Where you ask us to begin providing the Service immediately, you acknowledge that you may lose that withdrawal right once the Service has been fully performed, and that we may charge for what you have already used. Nothing in these Terms removes any right you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

CreatorBase uses the official YouTube Data API to display public channel and video information such as titles, thumbnails, publication dates, view counts and subscriber counts. CreatorBase does not provide a YouTube video download service, does not provide transcripts for videos you do not control, and does not use the Service to circumvent YouTube access controls. You must follow YouTube’s rules when using or publishing material created with CreatorBase.
Labels such as relevance, breakout ratio, velocity, estimated earnings and niche score are CreatorBase calculations or estimates. They are not supplied or endorsed by YouTube and they do not guarantee views, monetization or revenue. YouTube remains the source for the underlying public video and channel data.

The Service uses large language models and generative AI. AI output may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking and transforming any AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it. CreatorBase is a creator-directed production tool, not an automatic publishing service. You must add meaningful human judgment and original creative contribution, obtain permission for protected material and identifiable people, and disclose altered or synthetic media when the publishing platform requires it. We make no guarantee that any strategy, script, thumbnail, or video generated will produce views, followers, revenue, or any specific outcome. Results depend entirely on your own effort, creativity, consistency, and platform variables outside our control.
The Service, including its software, design, courses, case studies, playbooks, and written materials, is owned by CreatorBase AI and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Service for your own use.
Your content: You retain ownership of the prompts you enter and any content you generate using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs in order to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your AI outputs, but you acknowledge that similar outputs may be generated for other users. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for every prompt, upload, reference image, voice, likeness and source item you submit. Research results are inspiration and analysis; they do not grant you rights to another creator’s work.
The Service integrates with third parties for payments, community, hosting, AI inference, media generation, email delivery and public platform data, including the official YouTube Data API. The current categories and providers are described in our Privacy Policy and AI provider page. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or actions.
If you believe material available through CreatorBase infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@creatorbaseapp.com with the copyrighted work, the URL or location of the material, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. We may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, for fraudulent or abusive behaviour, or if required by law. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends immediately and no further refunds are due beyond those required by our Refund Policy.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, specific results, or the accuracy of AI output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorBase AI, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreatorBase AI from any claim, loss, damage, or expense arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or by a notice on the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support@creatorbaseapp.com. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
