To the extent we’re able to grant it, you own the scripts, images, and videos you generate through CreatorBase AI, and you’re free to edit, publish, and monetize them as your own work — the same as any other tool you use to make content.
Generated images and video are produced through underlying third-party AI providers (currently WaveSpeed, FAL.ai, Together.ai, and self-hosted infrastructure for Lifetime-tier generation — see our AI provider page for the current list). Each provider has its own terms governing the outputs of their models. We do not independently guarantee that every generated asset is 100% clear for every commercial use in every jurisdiction — we pass along the rights those providers grant, we don’t expand on them. If you plan to use generated content for a high-stakes commercial purpose (large ad spend, licensed merchandise, etc.), you’re responsible for confirming that use is covered.
Written output (scripts, hooks, titles, strategies, coaching advice) is generated via Anthropic’s Claude models. You own what you do with it, same as any writing tool.
Don’t use CreatorBase AI to reproduce or closely imitate someone else’s copyrighted or trademarked work. See our AI Content Policy for what’s not allowed.
If you believe content generated or hosted through CreatorBase AI infringes your copyright, email support@creatorbaseapp.com with a description of the work, where it appears, and your contact information.
Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. We review notices and may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing material.
U.S. DMCA safe-harbor protection also requires registering a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. This page provides a notice channel, but the external registration must be completed separately.
